a nice little addition to the main story, and i really liked the artstyle, it was gorgeous, with red being the only prominent colour. the page of claudia cutting lestat's throat and the one at the very end with her and madeleine were definitely my favorites. beautiful.

Ummmm... Boy that's not what I expected. I got the book and to my surprise, it was a comic book. Or more specifically a "graphic novel". I guess I am not a fan of the graphic novel.

I found it hard to follow and lacking in details, but the pictures were fantastic.

Uhmm. The art style is not to my liking. Claudia’s relationship with Louis. Lestat being alive after everything. The whole thing just gave me the creeps.

The art in this is amazing. So simple, yet the smallest touches what brings life to it. I found myself staring into the eyes because they express the most and the sepia coloring to the pages to bring out the blood or the flames in this was a great idea.

I have to say if you adored Anne Rice's vampires then you should give this a read.
