These are always fun. The murderer was a little to easy to guess for me, but I have 2 new recipes to try so I'm okay with that!

A good cozy mystery. To me, the whole point of a cozy mystery is the comfort from the same characters and their lives. The murder is always secondary.

Enjoyed this holiday themed cozy mystery and also think this will be good series to enjoy in coming year. Style is reminiscent of Diane Mott Davidson books and includes recipes

I don't know why I keep reading these books. Maybe it's because of the recipes? (Although I have yet to make one . . . ). The dialogue is getting pretty bad - and repetitive. And I'm getting sick of the whole Mike/Hannah/Norman thing. And from what I've gathered, it's not being resolved any time soon.

Now, on to something a little less . . . . fluffy.

Another fun read but why Hannah is still interested in Mike is beyond me.

Pros:

I like seeing the group work together to support Hannah and their common goal of her solving crimes and other mysteries.

Cons:

I don’t understand why Mike is even remotely a possibility at this point. When you admit you could never trust a person that should take them out of the realm of possibility. Hannah is either hanging on just for his good looks and a sense she owes him for saving her (which she does not) or she’s shallow and likes that one of the most attractive men in town wants her. Either way it doesn’t look at all good for in when it comes to self respect.
