Yes I can confirm the second book was just as good as the first. Of course it would be because now we have two bad ass FMMs (Signa and Blythe) and 2 morally grey MMMs (Death and Fate), duh! Consider this my application to live in Foxglove please! The storyline and world building is chefs kiss. All the details from the descriptions of their dresses, to how the wallpaper looks and the gory details of the ghosts make it, so it’s almost like you’re playing a movie in your head. Love these characters so much because it feels like you know them after reading this book. I read the physical and listened to the audiobook and the narrator was 10 out of 10.
Moderate: Gore, Death, and Blood

This one was definitely more of a romance than a mystery, especially in comparison to the first one. Again, the culprit was less exciting than I would have liked. On the bright side, we got a better understanding of Signa’s powers, and it was enjoyable seeing things from Blythes POV. I look forward to seeing her torment Fate in the 3rd book.
Moderate: Death of parent
Minor: Animal death and Gore
