As good as plays about incest can really be. I appreciated the simpler phrasing and the general shortness of the plays but the subject matter was gross and I will probably never revisit it.

'Oedipus the King' continues to be one of the best plays ever, and I found myself appreciating 'Antigone' much more this time rereading.
It was my first time reading 'Oedipus at Colonus', and it was very interesting and not at all what I expected. It provided more context to 'Antigone', and was a poignant rumination of the fate of Oedipus and his relationships with his remaining family.
