Yes I did track down on Ebay just for Stephanie Barron story Jane and the Spoils of Stoneleigh.
After a particularly tiresome morning of phone calls it was lovely to settle in after lunch with this 32 page story. Situated in the Jane Austen Mysteries Timeline between Books 3 and 4. It features a Scavenger Hunt ala The Mysteries of Uldopho. 📖

Some of the short stories in this anthology were better than others, but all were well worth reading. I will be looking for full novels by several of the authors included therein; in particular, Barbara Burnett Smith, Stephanie Barron, Michael Bond (how can you not want to read about a food critic named Monsieur Pamplemousse??), Hazel Holt, Dean James (a gay, American vampire in Great Britain? I am *so* there!), Amy Myers (a chef!) and Carola Dunn.
