Man, there are so many hot men in one band. Abbie is at a new label after her reo has been torn to shreds and a botched 24-hour marriage. She just so happens to meet the lead singer of wold venom one night at a bar where sparks flew and some under the table action. Zeke went to take her home when a man held them to gun point. Abbie meets the band she is going on tour with, and it's none other than zeke and his 5 hot band mates. Now, these 6 men are hot Australian off the charts band. We have a couple of guys who are with each other and only share a woman. We have a quiet guitarist, a grumpy pianist, and then zeke bff on lead guitar. They all have sparks with abbie, but also its revealed that zeke and Asher are also tied to the mafia and zekes family want him back. This was a great 1st book in the series. Very quick read really setting the plot for the series. Loving how easy these men are like we all want her, so let's try, add she is very on board. She is a fun girl to read . She has a backbone and wit. But she is making sure she can survive this recent scandal and move on. Love finding new authors! Great start to this whychoose, rockstar, mafia romance.

So I'm a sucker for a good rock star romance. I'm even more of a sucker for a good reverse harem. So when the two are combined, my interest is definitely peaked.

The story follows Abbie, who is trying to resurrect her career after a run of bad luck. She has a new record label and is sent out on tour with a currently popular rock band - after becoming intimately acquainted with the lead singer one night in a dark bar.

After a scary run-in with a gun-toting man, Abbie starts on her new journey of surviving her new role with the band and getting to know them, finding out there's more than meets the eye.

Did I mention there was mafia? Yeah, there's mafia. Interesting addition to the story and curious to see how that plays out.

I'm not going to lie, it took me a little longer than normal to get comfortable with the storyline as within the first few chapters, so much had happened. We open up with Abbie meeting Zeke at the bar and well, jumping right into things with him. And then they are held at gunpoint by a man. Then suddenly she's in a room with Zeke and his band, being told she'll be going on tour with them.

But once the dust settled, I found the story enjoyable and had fun being taken along for the ride.

The characters held my interest as well - Abbie isn't an overly strong character but she's intriguing enough to be able to be the heroine of the story. And the men are thankfully all different enough that you find yourself interested in learning who they are and what their backstories are. And of course we have the one jerk of a band member who fights Abbie the entire way - but I always like the addition of the ONE that doesn't instantly fall of the girl. Keeps things interesting.

All in all, this story didn't not disappoint, was a fun read and I'll be looking forward to the next addition to the series.
