This was such a quick and adorable read! Even the second time around- mind you it was even better! It's funny, quirky and sexy. It was one of a kind, and gave me all the feels! You could really immerse yourself into the main character, the embarrassing parts my gosh it even hurt! I've laughed out loud far too many times, until my sides hurt. A definite must read for fans of a cute rom-com!!

I liked that this was less American, being from a South African writer. I quite liked it, but I wish certain things were showed more than told. I did feel it was a bit geared towards American market though... and for me, the true value in books from writers from other countries is, that they don't follow the same formulas. But, especially after learning a bit more about South Africa because I got Afrikaans as my Language Jam challenge, I think this was something for me.

This was god- awful. Please, do not bother. No character development, ‘relationship’ built off one instance and goes literally no-where for the whole book. Don’t waste your time.

A sweet quick romantic story that was fun and enjoyable to read. Couldn't give it 5 fives just because sometimes I felt myself eye-rolling at how unrealistically easy some parts of the story clicked into place and were labelled 'fate'.

This is a funny sweet little book with charming characters and the occasional drag queen. An easy read chick lit .

This book had no right to mess with me the way it did! I was aroused and emotional, I saw myself in these pages, with Sera's family drama and I saw my husband in Ben and I saw the chosen family I wish I had in JJ and Bruce. Absolutely a great time start to finish! 10/10 would recommend!
