Really lovely book that just made me happy. A few too many names to get my head around with every chapter jumping to another time period, but just so beautifully written. I would've loved to hear what happened with Beth in the end. I felt while she got her ending it felt a little untold somewhat.

slice of life/struggle of everyday person story, not my cup of tea

Doesn't the idea of a beautiful English garden in full bloom just make you smile? This book definitely put a smile on my face.

The story of three women during three different timelines and the garden that unites them combined all of my favorite things: historical fiction, hidden secrets and romance. This was a beautiful way to spend a lazy Sunday.

The only thing that bothered me (and why I didn't give five stars) was
Spoiler the way that Stella gave up on her nephew. I know she didn't want to be a mother but it was so quick and I felt it wasn't in line with the character.

I listened to the audiobook to participate in this years Longwood Reads program. Solid book choice. Lots of flowers and plants and beautiful garden ideas.

Sweet, romantic novel revolving around a lovely garden and the women who loved it generations apart.

It was definitely an enjoyable read but not something I’ll remember. Sometimes I had a hard time keeping up with the different year jumps
