The best book I have read on the Hundred Years' War to date. Told from 4 perspective of Edward III's campaign through France leading up to the battle of Crecy. My second favorite book of all time (up to this point).

A good read but for me personally I did not engage with the characters as I would for say, an Iggulden novel. More of a 3.5 but I like to round up.
