The twist at the end is really predictable given everything that goes on in the first half of the book, so I was waiting just for that moment to come. I found that a handful of chapters were just filler and it took me a while to get through the book. I like some of the plot development chapters, and the world building was great. Wonderful imagery, but it might not have been my cup of tea. I feel like I was always just waiting for the good stuff and it didn't really come.
Moderate: Murder
