It was somewhat entertaining, but it had too much happening and it's not always well explained. It was clearly inspired by ACOTAR. It should have explained better the quicksilver and developed secondary characters better. Besides, the main characters are really irritating most times, although the author tries to explain at some point, the same as in ACOTAR.
I feel that these books all need better editing and I really don't understand the need to write 600 pages when you could tell this better in 300 well written and edited pages.

The writing really didn’t work for me. It felt slow at times, but then transitioned in ways that didn’t feel right for the pacing at others. Sometimes the things the characters said were so abruptly cheesy. It felt unpolished, which I don’t mind if I’m having a good time, but I think I didn’t care for the characters.
