i liked this book a lot because its very informative about what goes on in black neighborhoods and black families basically black people in general. i think everyone should read this book if you aren’t triggered by the things mentioned ofc. (especially white people should read it)

Very great read. I recommend it for any high school read. The characters are relatable and the issue is relevant. The author has a great descriptive style that allows you to feel things as if they are happening right in front of you. Great read especially during black history month.

I listened to the audio-book and absolutely loved  Bahni Turpin's rendition of the novel. This story made me feel every emotion possible and I'm looking forward to reading more from  Angie Thomas.
