I can't.  I just cannot get past the characters calling the Duke "Duke" as a form of address,  instead of "your grace" or some other appropriate honorific. 
I was really excited to read this,  but I can't get past this, pedantic or not

I enjoyed the premise and the style of this book, but a few of the dukes sexual proclivities aren't for me.

Specifically the his reaction to and discussions of Patience's breasts and her production of milk.

As I don't find that sexually intriguing, those scenes pulled me out of the story on the regular. I look forward to the next book moving on to another couple. 

I very much enjoyed the narrator's choices for the audiobook.
