A beautiful version of a fairy tale with a twist. The writing and illustrations are beautiful as the tale deals with topics such a childhood, ageing and grief from the perspectives of an elderly man and a young boy. A book for adults and children to enjoy.

Heel mooi boek.

O MY I loved every word in this book. every moment was a surprise and I read it within 2 days. I cried and laughed at the story and it made me hope for adventure again! At first, I thought Noah had a bad family but then I slowly realized the sadness that he carried and released a great sigh of relief when he came back home not realizing that I had been holding it. I do recommend it for anyone looking for a small adventure without leaving the comfort of their home.

Mir hat einfach was gefehlt.

This is a highly imaginative story for children. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be reading it to my future child(ren). While reading this book I kept imagining myself reading it to a child. Very very good book for kids (and their parents). I even had a little sniffle at one point.
