A fun and light winter read. I enjoyed how the friends supported one another

It was a great holiday read and I really enjoyed it. I really liked seeing the struggles that the women have faced, how they overcome their obstacles and how they changed and improved on themselves and their situation. I did not find the multiple povs distracting, it was actually really well written as I did not feel like I was missing anything from other povs. I really liked the character development and the plot itself. The setting was very Christmassy and I really liked the cozy vibes of the book. I really liked seeing the women's lives intertwined and see how each character reacted to the same situation, it really felt as if I was there with them. I will be looking forward to reading more of Sarah Morgan's blacklist since I quite enjoy her writing.

A cosy, super fluffy Christmas read with teeth. Yes, it's cheesy, predictable, and set in an Inn in Snowy Vermont, with a single mother whose husband had died. Told from 4 points of view, but all intertwined, so it didn't seem excessive. Hettie, the inn owner and her loveable daughter Delphie, Noah the Christmas tree man and neighbour, Anna with children growing up and her dependable husband Pete, with major empty nest syndrome, Claudia a chef who has lost her job and her partner of 10 year's who left her, who has also fallen out of love of her food passion, and Erica the career woman who has it all and a convenient casual friend Jack.  Secrets, loves, and a snowy Christmas with presents, so a wonderful cheesefest Christmas read. What's not to love as its fabulous fluffy stuff

Sarah Morgan did it again and created a wonderful and moving holiday read!
This one started a little slow but once I got to know everyone and I arrived at the Maple Sugar Inn I was completely drawn into the story. This book deals with friendship, motherhood, family, grief, a little bit of romance and so much more. I loved to see each character's growth and finding out what is really important in their lifes. This was very sweet and I want to book my trip to the Maple Sugar Inn asap!

This is giving Gilmore Girls and the coziest Hallmark Christmas movie. That being said - the writing is just very ok and the characters aren’t very multi-dimensional or deep. You’re here to read this if you want a cozy, warm, happy book set in a warm, cozy setting and a happy ending.
