Dangerous women sounds interesting, right? This anthology serves it reader with a range of different women and kinds of dangerous. One of my favourite short stories was Lev Grossman's spin-off on his series The Magicians and the story written by Megan Lindholm, "Neighbours". While it did not surprise me that I liked Grossman's story, Lindholm's kind of crept up on me. At first I found it boring, but then start dot get really into the writing. While I enjoyed Grossman's story for the story in and of itself, Lindholm's story appealed to me because of it's literary quality. I feel like it was one of few short stories in the anthology that discussed an interesting theme and that brought the "dangerous" theme beyond violence and Amazon warriors.

These short stories all have their own qualities, but they are VERY different; as I wrote about the first collection, the mixing of genres seems confusing, and it demands a lot of the reader to switch between the different genres so often.

I enjoyed the first half of the book, but the second half felt much weaker in comparison. The Outlander story, in particular, made for dull reading.
