Carino, ma manca un qualcosa in più rispetto al primo volume della serie.

Tattoo this entire book on my face because ITS SO CUTE I COULD JUST DIE!

I didn’t think it could get any cuter than the first book and then they presented me with grumpy Mountain Chamomile ;____;

As with the first book this is sooooo soft and presents queerness and gender identity and disability in such a beautiful and normalised way. *cries forever*

A prequel of sorts. Still nice and cute but sadly scored lower for me because the tea dragons weren’t a main focus this time around. The art was lovely though.

"The tea leaves are cooked into the food - so you'll see the memories of what you've missed, and then hopefully it'll all taste like home to you too. "

Oh, this is a beautiful story with gorgeous warm illustrations that accompany it. It has a magical, fantastical atmosphere with spirit and memory at its heart. There are so many things going on in this story. I love it. This is a new favourite of mine. I think I need to re-read the first one of the Tea Dragon series.
