Really liked it, I flew through it but it wasn’t really anything special. However it certainly kept my attention. Loved the characters and the climax of the story.

*4.5* this book was so cute. I love the way it’s written, Norah is so sassy and I love her dynamic with Luke. I think this book had really great representation of mental health in it and I’m really glad that it’s being shown in books more often. It’s something that lots of people struggle with and it’s not something to be taken lightly. This book made me super happy despite the heavy subject matter, I definitely recommend it!

An entertaining and insightful read. Norah's life is constrained by her mental illness, but she is a witty, engaging narrator. The romance aspect was little too by-the-book, with Luke being way too perfect. But overall, author Gornall does an excellent job of giving readers a realistic look at the daily internal struggles that mentally ill people face, without making the book a total downer. Elements of Highly Illogical Behavior and Everything, Everything in this book, for those who liked those books.

At first I was enjoying the representation in this book, but then it got to be a bit...it didn't make sense. Like her mom has to travel for work and has no backup plan? No one that can stay with/pop in and check up on the main character?

Wow! I was totally hooked on this book from the very first chapter. The main character, Norah, is a teenager living her life with agoraphobia and OCD. Under Rose-Tainted Skies gives us a small taste of what it would be like to live this way. Norah first started showing symptoms about four years ago and now at seventeen, she has lived most of her teenage years being homebound.

This was both an easy and a hard book to read. That's sounds contradictory, doesn't it? What I mean by that is, while it was hard to read about someone with agoraphobia and OCD and to have to see the trials and tribulations Norah goes through on a day-to-day basis, it was also an easy-to-read story because the author writes so beautifully. The words just flowed off of the pages. This whole story captivated me and it was one of those hard-to-put-down books that we all love to discover and get caught up in. I loved this book and will be looking forward to more from this author.

Ahh this was such a good book!!!
A more in-detail review to come, eventually.

This book was really good. I loved the portrayal of the disorders in the book. The book was short, but well written. I liked that even though it was kinda a romance book, it wasn't solely about that.

I will definitely be keeping an eye on this author!

Overall really enjoyed it. Didn't understand the reason for the ending, there was no point to it.

This book was amazing. The writing was beautiful. It literally made me laugh out loud at times and it was such a cute story. I love how the author didn't make the main characters illness just magically go away so that she could have a normal romance with Luke. The story seemed as realistic as it seems it would be. I got to read and learn a lot through this book. Reading this book was like briefly looking through the mind of a person who has OCD and agoraphobia. It had me thinking about how I take simple things, like going outside for a walk, for granted. I've never read a book like this before and I absolutely recommend it!

As someone who suffered from severe anxiety disorder for a very long time, this book spoke to me on a very personal level. I was in complete awe of how realistic the depiction of mental illness was in this novel. So many times after reading a paragraph or page, I said out loud, "Oh my god, this is so me!" The ending was a bit rushed and the very last bit of the book felt a little lacklustre in comparison to the rest. But on the whole, it was a very good book — I loved it!
