i LOVED both first and second book of this series but with this one i had love and hate relationship. plot was mid. i kinda liked eveline and nicholas separately, in the end they were kinda cute but i wasn’t rooting for them. smut was boring, except the gun scene which is probably the best scene in the entire book. i hope that with twisted i will have the same experience with the first two books and not like with this one.

I never take the time to write a review, but this book was not it for me. The spice is fine, BUT the characters made decisions that were completely contradictory to how they were set up at the beginning of the book.
The idea that any person can completely change someone else’s worldview enough to cause them to completely stray from their morals doesn’t make sense to me. I really liked the first two books and I hoping the 4th is better than this one.

I swear there is something about Emily McIntire’s writing that makes me forget where I am. And I’m not smart enough to know exactly what it is but I’m addicted. I got sucked in immediately and fell in love with these characters! And the end?! 🥹🥰😭 obsessed! 🤩
