Hot damn. I am so freaking glad that I took a chance on this series and author with Rhodes and Ryan's book because I have come to love this series and these characters so freaking much! We got a tiny glance of Smith and Emilia in the previous book, so I was excited to finally get their story here. Smith was such a hawt and dominating hero, and he just really knew the right things to say...and do. Emilia was a strong and relatable heroine, even though I connected more with Smith and his "grumpy" tendencies, haha. I am SO STOKED to finally get Miller's book next as I have been waiting a while for it and I just know that he won't disappoint!!

My favorite of the series so far. I liked both of the main characters. So much angst & spice mixed with a slow burn & hockey romance.. what more can you want?
