This was so fascinating! I'm definitely becoming a fan of short fiction (it is just so cool to see people tell a fully fleshed-out story in so few words??) The oceanic vibes in every story were perfect, I loved that there were like... seven different takes on The Little Mermaid (I love that fairytale so much ahh), and so many of these stories are going to linger with me for a good long while.
I'll be honest here, most of the poetry went over my head. Which is NOT a knock on the poets, because I'm sure they're great poems, I'm just not a person who normally reads poetry, so... it didn't do it for me but I'm sure it will do it for others.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this anthology! I couldn't put it down, and I'm definitely interested to read more from all of these authors! Four stars from me!

• The Mermaid's Soul, Beka Gremikova
• The Girl that Waits by the Ocean, Angela R. Watts
• The Legend of the Lighthouse Keeper, Alissa J. Zavalianos
• The Selkie's Gift, Katie Hanna (which apparently my notes auto-corrected to "the selfie's gift" which, while not fitting for this story, is a hilarious title)
• Master of the Waves, Savannah Jezowski
• Mermaid's Soul, SJ Blasko
• Tears of the Sea, Savannah Jezowski
• Sinking, Courtney Manning
• The Sea's Beloved, Mariella Taylor
