I really enjoyed this book more than I thought I would.

I enjoyed the ending way more than I thought I would, I thought it would be disappointing. I would of preferred it more without the epilogue as it kinda cut the genuineness of the final scenes with Emily and her sister. It was nice seeing them accept their fate together knowing they would be the last things they would ever see and not knowing if Emily’s idea had worked at all. But a good read and very enjoyable.

I did burst into tears for one moment at the end. When Mayra died and Emily felt the pain of someone dying for real for the first time. And her telling Jason and the people whose DNA she altered she loved them before she left.
