This book was such a fun, quick read. I forgot how much I enjoyed Kasie’s books- they’re always lighthearted and fun. It was also really refreshing to read a YA romance thats set over the summer holidays and jot during school time!

To be honest, I went into this book pretty blindly. All I knew was that it would be a fun campy summer romance. And it was, in a way. I was not expecting all the music stuff but it was pretty fun. I didn't really fall in love with the characters enough, so I wasn't very invested in Kai and Avery. Anyways pretty could prob wouldn't recommend but it was not bad.
A sweet, fluffy Dirty Dancing retelling (basically) that I couldn’t have enjoyed more.
This was okay to me. I had high hopes for this one a d was somewhat disappointed. My main problem was with Avery, she just felt bland to me and I just didn't care about her character arc.
