I’m so glad we got some bonus content. It offered a deeper look at how Lara and Aren are navigating their future together: the challenges they still face, the love and hope they hold onto, and yes, even a bit of spice!
It’s not quite the perfect happily-ever-after, but I suppose there’s only so much we can ask for. You can really feel that there’s still a lot of healing left to do, which adds a layer of realism to their relationship. This would’ve been a great read before book four, as it gives some helpful context - especially around Lara’s feelings toward Keris.
Overall, a lovely little addition to the series!

I had to dig to get my hands on this but it was worth it! I wish there were more pages to it.
You should read this before starting the fourth book because they are in it and unfortunately, it confuses you a little as to what happened to them. And this gives you that backstory!
