I'm not always in the mood for sex in my reading. I hate it when it's misplaced in a horror book or if it doesn't contribute to the storyline. I was in the mood for some dirty reading, knew what I was getting myself into, and knew these stories would sexually be twisted. Then BAM. This book punches me in the face with some stuff that made my cheeks turn red from blushing. Lol. This one was fun. As with most anthologies, some stories are better than others. I actually skipped one of them after about 4 pages because it just wasnt for me. If you want some sex with your gore, you can't go wrong with this one.

I like anthologies as its a way to read a little from authors I havnt read before. Overall I enjoyed the stories but some more than others. All very much gross, extreme and disturbing (exactly was I was in mood for). I'm definitely interested to read more from a few of the writers from this.

For me personally, erotic horror is my absolute favourite sub genre of horror, so I really loved reading these stories. Some of these were really good. The last one, called The Extra Mile was my favourite, it made me feel actual physical dread.
Loved this and would definitely recommend.

Soo... this was something. Some stories were really good and creative, my absolute favorite being LaRocca's. Their story was the only one (I actively remember) really centering around a queer couple and lacked the casual homophobia and misogyny the other stories loved to show. No wonder, because we stan queer royalty. But some of the others were just blatantly bad. There's a difference between gore and just shock value and some of these authors didn't seem to get that. There were works that sounded like a bad porn script and not in a good way. There were also mankos in regards of writing. Some were simply not good. And the editor should've had a closer look. All in one it was an okay read with a few highlights but nothing special. But I bought it for 3€ so that's fair

Alright, I was promised some freaky deaky stuff, and part of me picked this up just to see if the Eric LaRocca story would be as bad as I expected. Did this book deliver? Mmmmmmyeah, I would say so. I only paid $2.99 for the whole thing. The stories that weren’t blatantly racist, misogynistic, and homophobic were pretty creative and enjoyable in a mindless kind of way. Some of the writing was just downright bad. The second half of the anthology was definitely better than the first, and the LaRocca story was actually pretty good. It was stuff ranging from nasty-nasty to funny-nasty. This dumb thing needed an editor really badly, though. What was with all of the mistakes?? When that one author used “pour” instead of “pore”… 😐
I love reading these questionable indie short story compilations. If you have my taste, you’ll probably like it. (So my guess is that no one will like it.)
There is no reason for you to read this book. You don’t want to, and I don’t want you to. I’m not even gonna fill out the content warnings because the stuff in here would send you to hell and back again.
