The Family Experiment is another marvel by John Marrs weaving near reality with dystopian futures in a meaningful and poignant way.

The story is told from many POVs with new characters emerging as the tail unwinds. We get to know each character superficially at the start then as time goes on their truth and reality reveals itself.

The audiobook was performed very well and I love the way they are done. It would not work for a lot of productions but for John's books I've read so far they have worked very well.

I have gladly added some more of his works to my every growing TBR and definitely suggest everyone does for this book!

Great concept and crazy plot twists, I just couldn’t keep up with all of the characters and it all felt a bit disconnected

Original, interesting novel. Like how he’s building an alternate version of modern life which seems not so far fetched. Very dark mirror vibes. Good twist, good ending.
