This truly put all of the things I hate and fear about AI and its future into one story. I think the personification of the concept of plagiarism being used to fuel AI was a great idea to get the point of how parasitic and immoral it is across, and was also deeply upsetting. My biggest gripe about this was the method of storytelling itself. I have no problem with multicharacter pov storytelling, but most of their chapters were so short and Always ended on some type of intentionally abrupt cliffhanger that it became a little jarring to read. Other than that I thought it was great how many different storylines and characters were able to be explored through this and just dear god I hate AI so much.
While it was hard to keep track of who had what storyline early in the book, it became much easier later on. I also wish that there was a bit more distinction of who’s mind were in for the couples. Otherwise a great book

A great concept that was actually executed well! The characters weren’t all likable, but they felt so realistic you were still invested in their stories and endings (the essence of reality tv at its finest).
