This book didn’t feel as off-putting as the first, perhaps because I had become numb to the things that had bothered me so much about the first one. I still have so many questions, though, such as: Does Snow White have to be bumped off so Raven can marry Apple’s dad in order to become her step-mom so they can all fulfill their destiny of replaying their parents’ fairytales? It’s a struggle. The story was fine, and I liked the predicament of being faced with choice or destiny. It would be a great conversation for kids this book would be aimed at.

PLOT
<Spoiler>The unfairest of them all, the second book in"The ever after high" trilogy, follows Raven and Apple trying to figure out how to work things out between each other, since Legacy day. Apple White, the daughter of Snow White, feels that everyone should simply walk in their parents footsteps and let the legacies continue. On the other hand Raven Queen, Daughter of Evil Queen, has refused to sign the StoryBook of Legends and decided to craft her own story. Now if Raven doesn't sign the book it means that Apple won't get her happy ending. Meanwhile as the both of them try to figure out their fairy tales. The chaos and constant fighting lands Madeline Hatter, Daughter of Mad Hatter, in trouble and she is suspended. Now Raven and Apple must figure out a way to to save Maddie from getting suspended because the sweet girl is innocent, and adored by both Rebels and Royals alike. She is probably the only thing the both of them agreed on.

Now, in order to save Maddie they have to perform a super complex spell which only one person, in their contacts, knows the one the only Evil queen. They then approach the tech team - Humphrey and Dexter Charming, who awkwardly flirts with Raven (so awkward). The help the girls by breaking crossing the firewall. Then they meet evil queen blah blah blah- then they make the concussion- Raven "forgets" to "close" the firewall- evil queen tries to break through- Raven and Apple defeat her. Maddie is saved and Evil queen is locked up inside. Ever after high is back to normal. Everyone one is happy. THE END (is just the beginning)

(also sorry i was lazy to write the plot as the end approached, so it is very rushed lol)

MY THOUGHTS
ahhh, where do i even start. this book is an absolute delight to read. It's a childish book to read but I love it with my whole heart. I love this book so much. I mean it's based on my fave childhood show, so ya. All in all it's a nice book, worth reading!
