Didn’t really care much about the exploration of spooky castle but I DID fall in with Gideon and read the whole thing for her lmao!

Picked up the next as soon as I could heh

First book isn’t very sci fi vibes so don’t expect too much of that until book 2 where it blossoms.

I don’t think I’ve ever been as confused with a book. You know how some books you need to read a synopsis to make sure you understand? This one felt like I had to read the book as a preview to read it again to actually following what is happening. Loved what I read, I just have no clue what was going on.
