"Are you the strongest because you're Satoru Gojo? Or are you Satoru Gojo because you're the strongest?"

Volume 9 dives into the past, and wow, that backstory was really something! It’s fascinating to see how much the characters—especially Gojo and Geto—have changed from then to now. The glimpse into Geto’s mindset adds depth to his character, making his present-day actions even more impactful.

I especially loved learning more about Gojo’s powers, his Six Eyes, and the limits of his abilities. It’s super cool to see what makes him tick and just how strong (and human) he really is beneath all that power. A solid volume with great character development and emotional weight.

Might be my favorite volume

Enjoyed reading this arc so much, looking forward to seeing it animated in a few months.
