CATCHING FIRE! My absolute favorite of The Hunger Games books. Loved following the development of Katniss and Peeta’s relationship in this. The games, too, were so much more interesting this time, and I liked how much of the other contestants we get to learn about.

Audiobook - I really have appreciated this book a lot more now I am older - I once thought it was a little boring, not enough action, wishing the Hunger Games would begin sooner. Now, I think it is wonderfully written, telling the story of a girl who has been thrust into the heart of a rebellion she doesn't even know about and how she deals with it. The pacing is nearly perfect, but I think the final Hunger Games is slightly rushed - other than this, it is an amazing and impactful read.
