I really loved the topic. Colonial America is fascinating as are the Salem with trials, but it was presented in a very dry, even boring, way.

Great but so sloggy. I'd love to read her book about Cleopatra. Its reviews are much better.

I really struggled to get through this book. It seemed to be a compilation of names and not much substance, I'm not sure how many times I dozed off. Definitely expected it to be much better than it was.

A fascinating topic and a very dense book. I found my attention occasionally drifting, so it become a bit hard to get through it. Reads like a history book/an account. Which is fine... Just prefer my history disguised a bit more like a story.
