I can see why this book has been a beloved classic for so long. The book was so fun, while also bring to light some important issues. You get to learn about people and the world through the eyes of a little girl. This book talks about how all men are created equal and should be treated as such. It talks about how the importance of getting to know someone before you judge them. This was a fun little story with fun characters addressing an important and, sadly in many ways, an unsolved issue.
