I honestly don't know why I read books from time to time that feature sex clubs because I typically end up rolling my eyes and thinking the sex club scenes are ridiculous. This book is no different. With that being said, I enjoyed this premise and these characters. The FMC and MMC are an interesting pair and I enjoyed reading about how they got closer to each other.

Despite the sex club scenes being ridiculous, this would have been a 4.5 to 5 star read for me if it had developed the connection and intimacy between the main characters more. There's a time jump of a month after the first sex scene and the progression of their relationship in that month is summed up in a paragraph or so. The dynamic between these characters was interesting enough to include this progression on page and I feel like experiencing the growth of their feelings throughout that month would have made what happens the last 25% of the book more impactful.

Overall, I enjoyed this book and I am glad I read it for the main characters' first date alone. I really enjoyed their dynamic during their date and thought it was cute that the shy FMC planned such a terrific (fake) first date with the MMC. She really wowed him.

Naughty boy and the good girl...

While I am no longer a good girl, Save Me is definitely a fantasy I can get behind, on all fours for, or under. Inexperience does not exclude passion and our Hazel proves it beautifully.

Sexy with an HEA, Save Me is the kind of tease to make your day...wetter while still appealing to the need for a happily ever after

Wow that was amazing. Kieran and Hazel were great together. Intense, sexy, heartbreaking, and just the lovers they each needed in the end. Dying for the next book already!

Hazel and Kieran are pining for one another but they can’t go there because it would ruin their friendship. He doesn’t do relationships and she wants marriage with a white picket fence and babies so there’s no way they’re compatible. Instead, they decide she’ll teach him how to be a good date and he’ll give her sex lessons, but there won’t be any feelings involved. You can guess how that works out for them.

There are outside forces at work here but their emotional baggage is the only thing standing in the way of their happiness. Hazel is irresistible but Kieran tells himself she deserves a man who will give her everything and he’s not that guy. Kieran is funny, sweet and just happens to be the sexiest man she’s ever laid eyes on, but Hazel is convinced this is just a crush that won’t go anywhere.

Just weeks into their new arrangement, they’re both fighting feelings and fate is about to force their hand. The Phoenix Club storyline is fascinating and I loved the supporting cast so I’ll probably read the earlier books in the series and I really hope Hunt’s story is coming next. This is a steamy friends to lovers with a HEA that will make you smile.

Hazel is beside herself since Elise is moving out and in with Archer.  She can't afford to stay so Kieran offers his extra room.  Kieran is her crush and he's been attracted to her but she's so innocent.  What starts out as friendship turns more as Kieran shares his horrible childhood and Hazel shares her heartbreak first time story.  The come to an agreement for Kieran to show Hazel sensuality at Phoenix and Hazel will teach him how to date.  Along the way she has to put a stop to the rumored stories about the club and the grainy picture of Kieran that her workplace is trying to identify.  Help from Rhys, Zoey, Archer, Elise, and Hunt trying to find the mole in the club has the walls closing in.  Out of nowhere a surprise has the couple's relationship tested to the make or break level.

Save Me is a great read that's full of emotion, passion and heat. Not to mention great characters who are likable and relatable too, and with just the right amount of angst this was a really hard to put down story. That I would happily recommend to others.

When Hazel and Kieran’s personal lives become intertwined with Hazel’s job things become confusing. The two must find a way to sort through their own emotions and secrets. When the two enter into an agreement they are not prepared for the emotions that come with it.

I enjoyed seeing Kieran and Hazel find their way. Hazel is a strong woman, but she has been hurt in the past, leaving her with walls around her heart. Kieran is a good man who does not believe in commitment and their arrangement seems to be a perfect fit for them both. Soon emotions come into play and things are not as clear as the two think. I enjoyed seeing their relationship grow and deepen into something more. Not only do we get to see Hazel and Kieran work for their happiness, but we also get to see other strong supporting characters that help the two figure out what is worth fighting for. Kieran and Hazel’s journey is not only a hot read but also a wonderful romance. The author weaves a beautiful story about finding love when you least expect it and finding the strength to fight for that love.
