juicy quick read, a bit outlandish towards the end and there were some slow and confusing parts in the beginning. weird flow of storyline, but it did have me letting out lil chuckles. witty in a simple way. def wouldn’t want to be friends with any of the characters lmfao and I wasn’t very emotionally pulled towards anyone. i couldve read a few more chapters just about flavia tho

I devoured this book! The characters were so human some of the best character writing I've read in a while. Everyone in this book was flawed and because of that they felt more real because JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE DO BAD THINGS DOESNT MAKE THEM TERRIBLE IN EVERYWAY. I feel like a lot of book forget that you can make characters do bad things but still make them likeable. And the characters were like actually funny and I love that. And while romance is definitely not the certainly part of this book it was still make better than most of the books I've read this year.

I was so excited about this book! Everyone labeled it as weird and funny, but I kind of just thought it was random for the sake of being random. It wasn’t weird enough to be a weird book, so I was a little let down by my expectation. I also found the main character suuuuper unlikable throughout the entire book with almost no character development. I probably shouldn’t have gotten my hopes up for this one.
