A quick novella. Not really enemies to lovers, more like strangers to lovers or forced marriage.

I did give this a chance this wish is not some thing I would read again. Everything felt really rushed and off paste and literally at 77 pages. I knew that I was giving this a two.

The best Bratva romance book I’ve ever read. I loved Nina and Roman. Despite the beginnings of their relationship being non conventional, I loved how natural their relationship felt. I loved how gentle and caring Roman was toward Nina really early on. I liked how Nina reassured him through his insecurities and how Roman worked to make her comfortable. Their dynamic reminded me of my favorite Turkish romance couple, Ferhat and Asli— an assassin + a doctor who end up in an arranged marriage and who learn to love each other despite their differences. I also really enjoyed the supporting characters— Maxim, who was so unintentionally funny and Varya, my queen. She reminded me of Mrs. Jones from the 50 shades series. I laughed so much while reading and it felt good to just enjoy their love story, even with the third act breakup which hurt. I really loved this couple and can’t wait to continue the series. Also the spice was great!
