I really liked the narrative as it was forward and blunt, which is amusing to me. The narrative kind of reminded me of The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald and Into the Woods by Tana French. However, the ending was a bit disappointing to me.

Changed my life, Camus writing will always be compelling. If you can, read it in French. The translation is beautiful but will never do the original justice.
