I got through the first 3 chapters of this book and decided it wasn’t worth reading in full. It’s well done, with interesting, convincing arguments, but it was written in the 70s, so (unsurprisingly) I found it wasn’t offering me much in the way of new information/insight. Definitely a good reference text to refer back to/skim through in future though!
