Nothing to say other than that I am OBSESSED with this and cannot wait to read the rest of the series. I haven't read anything like this before and I mean that in the best way.
I really enjoyed this book so much so that I read it in a day. The perfect length, not too short, not too long. A really easy read that I relaxed into
The concept for this book was really enjoyable, and I don’t know of many others similar? The idea that the gods rely on humans to worship them in order to survive was a great concept.
I really enjoyed the whole adventure, it flowed pretty well. Plus the plot twist at the end I wasn’t actually expecting!
Character development was a little slow to start with, but other than that a really good book. Can’t wait to read the second

This is, without a doubt, one of the best fantasy novels I’ve read in a long time. It’s a tad short for how much information and world building it contains, but because of that it really packs a punch. I can’t wait to continue reading the rest of this series.
I’m also so happy seeing a badass female character who isn’t the stereotypical “needs saving”, bland and flat character that so many books have and promote. This book has beautifully crafted characters with great disability representation. Kissen, Elo, Inara and Skedi are so different from each other but it works. It just works.
If I really need to nitpick: some pieces were a bit redundant; majority of the book is spent on the road and world-building. I don’t necessarily mind, but everyone will think differently about that.

I just wasn't feeling it. Kept opening TikTok instead of reading which is a sure sign the book isn't grabbing me. It's probably fairly good but just not for me at this time.
