I tried to read this book, but I just am not getting into it, even after 10%. The main character is just such a goof that I am having a hard time and am going to stop here.

i’ve only finished part one. not sure if i’ll get to part two ever. this translation was EXTREMELY good and VERY readable. excellent preservation of the humor as well. this book was hilarious and interesting, but drug on at certain parts. extremely long - imo meant to be consumed like a serial tv show where you read one or two chapters every so often and not as a book you focus on to finish. im glad i read this.
