Excellent crime/murder-mystery read. Multi-layered, twisty storyline that made it hard to put down. I’m really hoping that we see Titus in future books. This is my #1 genre and I don’t know how I’ve missed this author until now-I’ve already queued up more of his books!

A true crime story that starts out simple before devolving into discovering a string of serial killing that has been spanning years in a small town. This story follows a former FBI agent turned small town sheriff navigating the rural town politics as well as race relations. Overall a very good read that had me on the edge of my seat.
