Follows a few obvious "who dunnit" tropes, and some of the characterisation is a little try-hard, however the ending did leave me open-mouthed in shock. An easy read.

Really enjoyed this book.
Quality writing, pace of plot beautifully timed and gripping and yet at times very funny. The characters were engaging although nearly all somewhat weirder than one might expect to find in a small US town OR maybe not! Loved ‘Manny’ and his gang.
Great ending!!!
Look forward to more from this author.

Bloody brilliant! Quirky characters in a quirky setting (the comparison to Twin Peaks is apt), intriguing throughout and a whopper of an ending, highly recommended.

Three year old Harry is missing in small town USA. Some unusual characters. Took a while to get into this, nearly gave up. Enjoyed it after persevering.
