A great (and funny) dark rom-com novel. The ml always made sure he had the consent of the fl and went out of his way to not hurt her in any form (in contrast to the almost abusive mls you usually see in dark romances). Loved the author’s humor and style of writing!!!

This is a very dark romance, lots of dubious/consensual non consent happens. Even with all of the dark themes the author balanced it perfectly with the goofy/silly commentary of the MMC he is somehow terrifying and so funny at the same time. I fully expected to hate this book, but I genuinely enjoyed the read. The audiobook is definitely the way to go though.
