this had potential to be a decent story but it just didn’t get there. both MCs kind of drove me nuts but especially the FMC.

She’s a wealthy girl. He’s a broke aspiring actor. She offers him money to seduce her father’s gold digging fiancé. She seems really ridged and cold. He also seems cold but cunning. His little sister tries to set them up too. The twist (spoiler* about her mom) at the end was kinda cute.
The banter between the two characters is wonderful. I don’t like that the plot seems similar to a few of her other books. Overall it’s a feel good storyline.

I like the romance and I did enjoy Kris and Nate’s story but I didn’t connect with them as much as the other couples. I was hoping that Courtney would play a bigger role in the book as well. I was hoping for more friendship interactions like the other books
