Always love an Ana Huang romance read! It’s obvious this (and the If Love series in general) was among her first books because the writing style is a little less than her other, later books. However, her storytelling and characters are always top notch! Kris and Nate’s story is a fun frenemies to fake dating to lovers story and I eat it up every time.

This book was so so much better than the first two in the series. I enjoyed it so much more simply because I just love Kris. I love her passion for helping young girls who have lost their mothers and showing how she doesn’t need money like everyone else in her life seems to think.
Again, I felt as though there were too many small twists in this story, but most of them actually made sense compared to the first two books.
The romance was pretty cute and Nate… I lowkey love him.
