This book had me drawn in from that very first sentence! I will love basically anything Ana Huang writes at this point! I do think I enjoyed this book more than the first two in the series. I was a little surprised when I got through what I was assuming was the end of the book only to realize I still had like 15-20% to go. Overall, liked it but not my favorite or least favorite of hers.

I really didn’t care too much for this story. I think it just fell flat for me.

I couldn’t connected to Kris or Nate. I really had to push through to finish this one. It didn’t get interesting to me until the last 10 chapters.

But the last 10 chapters were super good and probably the reason why I bumped it to three star.
