This is the second book in the interconnected stand-alone, and I enjoyed this, but it was slower than I expected compared to the first book. This does have a great storyline, and I loved the characters. This was a great romance book, and I hope we get more books from this.

Would I recommend? Yes, if you like romance this one is a good read.

I was hooked from the very first chapter and I couldn’t put this book down! I had read another book by Julie Soto which I didn’t really enjoy as much but this one really captured my heart! 🥹 consider me now officially a Julie Soto fan!!
