This book is not the buzz feed type of numbered-title click-bait-article.

I actually enjoyed this and more of a surprised of the data presented. The numbers will tell you what is the real problem and where we should move to have a better future. I like how the data were presented in the simplest manner.

Well-researched and packed full of interesting trivia, this altered my outlook on more than a few subjects. It does feel like a collection of (extremely short) articles rather than a book; there's no harnessing theme or broader insight, and some of the trivia seems, well, trivial. But if you do pick this up, you can be certain of one invaluable benefit: you will learn something new.

Fantastic book based on facts and numbers rather than subjective oppinion. In a time filled with shallow assessments of reality it is fundamental to base our assumptions on truth and facts. Great read!

'Numbers don't lie' is a witty book that tells us about statistics and answers questions about things you may or may not have been wondering about, such as how safe is flying, how many people did it take to build the Great Pyramids, what makes people happy, and what's worse for the environment - your car or your phone??

Each topic is fairly short but crammed with information and statistics. It's displayed in a way that is easy to read and understand, while also being entertaining. There are illustrations throughout that helps you to visualise some of the topics being discussed.

This book is well written and informative and a great read for anyone who loves to know more about the world around them.
