I did not expect this plot, I thought I was going to story is going to be cute and adorable and end on Christmas Day. Instead it was a story with a moral and a sad man who wasn't very good with his family. It wasn't very well written and had kind of a weak plot.

I was just disappointed with this book, I thought it was going to be a nice happy read but I just hated the main character and I just couldn't wait for the book be over. I don't think I've ever felt so much hatred towards a character but his personality and actions really ruined the book for me and I just didn't care whether or not he would end up choosing his family because they clearly didn't deserve him.

Não é meu primeiro livro da aurora e eu estava esperando uma comédia romântica. Não foi o que encontrei, e me surpreendeu muito positivamente

I love Cecelia Ahern's work, and while this wasn't my favorite of her books, it was definitely a great holiday read. Lou is a bit hard to like, even when he tries to do something nice he messes it up. Somehow Cecelia has you rooting for him by the end of the book anyway. Make sure you read this with a box of tissues handy!
