I’m not sure how much someone would enjoy this book that didn’t love hiking or love the Sierra Nevada mountains. But for me, I loved it. Some books transport you, and this whole book felt like I was headed SOBO on the JMT. Meeting new people and characters along the way. So, if you love backpacking, this is a great book

To many things bothered me

As a person who walks trails, hikes; several parts in this story was identifiable. There were parts that made me laugh also. It was an interesting read for me.
